Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3452 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3452 was determined to be 10 ug/ml. Please note that cross-reactivity with mouse has been confirmed in WB only at this time. The antibody has not yet been evaluated for use in IHC with mouse samples.

About CCND1 / Cyclin D1

P24385 NM_053056 NP_444284.1

CCND1 Antibody, B-cell lymphoma 1 protein Antibody, BCL-1 oncogene Antibody, B-cell CLL/lymphoma 1 Antibody, BCL-1 Antibody, Cyclin D1 Antibody, G1/S-specific cyclin-D1 Antibody, U21B31 Antibody, PRAD1 Antibody, BCL1 Antibody, D11S287E Antibody, PRAD1 oncogene Antibody

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the highly conserved cyclin family, whose members are characterized by a dramatic periodicity in protein abundance throughout the cell cycle. Cyclins function as regulators of CDK kinases. Different cyclins exhibit distinct expression and degradation patterns which contribute to the temporal coordination of each mitotic event.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-CCND1 / Cyclin D1 antibody IHC of human testis. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3452 concentration 10 ug/ml.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescent of Cyclin D1 Antibody (S90) with HeLa cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). Actin filaments have been labeled with Alexa Fluor 555 phalloidin (red).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of anti-Cyclin D1 Antibody (S90) in mouse lung lysates (35 ug/lane). Cyclin D1(arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
