This R6G9 antibody has been tested by immunoblot on lysates of LPS-activated Raw 264.7 cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 2 ug/ml. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

Western Blot with anti-mouse CCL5/RANTES (clone R6G9). Raw 264.7 cells were treated with Brefeldin A (lane 1) or LPS and Brefeldin A (lane 2) for 16 hours prior to lysis, SDS-PAGE and immunoblot with R6G9.
