Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml; Detects a band of ~34kD in Ramos cell lysates (predicted precursor MW 31kD). Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2 ug/ml; Does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections e. g. trypsin or pronase prior to staining. Does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining.
