Recombinant full length human Caspase 3 protein. Cellular Localization: Predominantly cytoplasmic with some nuclear staining.
Recognizes human Caspase 3 (CPP32) at 32kD.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2845 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2845 was determined to be 5 ug/ml. Western Blot: 2.5-5 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunoprecipitation (Denatured): 10 ug/mg protein lysate (Use Protein A). Positive control: Jurkat cells and Tonsil.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% Sodium Azide, 0.2% BSA
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
