Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse, Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
CASP3 / Caspase 3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence of human Capase-3 (VSKEDHS).
Reacts specifically with Caspase-3. The antibody was evaluated by western blot, dot blot and ELISA. By western blot, an immunoreactive band around 17 kD was observed in the NIH/3T3 and Jurkat whole cell lysate.
PBS, 0.02% sodium azide
Store at 2-8°C for up to 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
CASP3 / Caspase 3 is a protein which is a member of the cysteine-aspartic acid protease (caspase) family. Sequential activation of caspases plays a central role in the execution-phase of cell apoptosis. Caspases exist as inactive proenzymes which undergo proteolytic processing at conserved aspartic residues to produce two subunits, large and small, that dimerize to form the active enzyme.
