Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About BTK

Q06187 NM_000061 NP_000052.1

BTK Antibody, AGMX1 Antibody, AT Antibody, ATK Antibody, XLA Antibody, PSCTK1 Antibody, B-cell progenitor kinase Antibody, BPK Antibody, Bruton tyrosine kinase Antibody, Tyrosine-protein kinase BTK Antibody, IMD1 Antibody

Non-receptor tyrosine kinase indispensable for B lymphocyte development, differentiation and signaling. Binding of antigen to the B-cell antigen receptor (BCR) triggers signaling that ultimately leads to B-cell activation. After BCR engagement and activation at the plasma membrane, phosphorylates PLCG2 at several sites, igniting the downstream signaling pathway through calcium mobilization, followed by activation of the protein kinase C (PKC) family members.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Anti-BTK mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY BTK.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescent staining of HT29 cells using anti-BTK mouse monoclonal antibody.

Western blot

Western blot
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY BTK (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-BTK.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
HEK293T cells transfected with either pCMV6-ENTRY BTK (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained with anti-BTK mouse monoclonal, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
