Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Beclin 1 is a coiled coil protein that interacts with prototypic cellular antiapoptotic gene Bcl2. Beclin 1 is widely expressed with highest levels reported in skeletal muscle. Three alternativaly spliced isoforms have been identified. Allelic deletion of beclin 1 results in a wide variety of cancers including breast cancer.
Beclin1-BH3 Domain Antibody IHC of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the Beclin1-BH3 Domain Antibody for immunohistochemistry.
Western blot of Beclin1-BH3 Domain Antibody in mouse stomach tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). BECN1 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Beclin1-BH3 Domain Antibody flow cytometry of HeLa cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
