Usage
Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Detection limit for rhAminopeptidase O is ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rhAminopeptidase O is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation: Used to precipitate rhAminopeptidase O from Sf21 lysates. Immunohistochemistry: 3-10 ug/ml. Antigen retrieval is recommended.
