  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

ACKR3 / CXCR7 antibody was raised against human CXCR7 encoding plasmid.
Recognizes the five distinct human CXCR7 transfectants, but not their respective parental lines. It also reacts with MCF-7 cells expression of CXCR7. This antibody does not react with monocytes or lymphocytes by flow cytometry. An underestimation of CXCR7 expression on certain cell types has been reported.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 50 ug/ml 10 ul labels 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): 8-25 ug/ml.

Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4, 5% trehalose.
200 µl Sterile PBS
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
For research use only.

About ACKR3 / CXCR7

P25106 NM_020311 NP_064707.1

ACKR3 Antibody, Chemokine orphan receptor 1 Antibody, CMKOR1 Antibody, CXCR7 Antibody, CXC-R7 Antibody, GPRN1 Antibody, RDC1 Antibody, RDC-1 Antibody, CXCR-7 Antibody, G-protein coupled receptor 159 Antibody, GPR159 Antibody

Atypical chemokine receptor that controls chemokine levels and localization via high-affinity chemokine binding that is uncoupled from classic ligand-driven signal transduction cascades, resulting instead in chemokine sequestration, degradation, or transcytosis. Also known as interceptor (internalizing receptor) or chemokine-scavenging receptor or chemokine decoy receptor. Acts as a receptor for chemokines CXCL11 and CXCL12/SDF1.
