SUCLG2

Succinate-CoA Ligase, GDP-forming, Beta Subunit

SUCLG2 is a GTP-specific beta subunit of succinyl-CoA synthetase. Succinyl-CoA synthetase catalyzes the reversible reaction involving the formation of succinyl-CoA and succinate. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 5 and 12.

Gene Name: Succinate-CoA Ligase, GDP-forming, Beta Subunit
Synonyms: SUCLG2, SCS-betaG, GBETA
Target Sequences: AF058954 AAC64397.1 Q96I99

SUCLG2 Antibody - Immunohistochemistry image at a dilution of 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0) . Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4 °C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
