PRDM7 is a member of a family of proteins that may have roles in transcription and other nuclear processes. The encoded protein contains a KRAB (Kruppel-associated box) domain -A box and a SET (Su(var)3-9, Enhancer-of-zeste, Trithorax) domain and may function as a histone methyltransferase.

Gene Name: PR Domain Containing 7
Synonyms: PRDM7, PR domain-containing protein 7, PR-domain family protein 4, PFM4, PR domain containing 7, ZNF910
Target Sequences: NM_052996 NP_443722.2

PRDM7 Antibody - Immunofluorescent analysis of PRDM7 staining in A549 cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 deg C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark.
