Immunohistochemistry Services

Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

TCR Screening Services

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

LS-G3927-100 100 µg $315
fliC / Flagellin Protein - Flagellin (AG-40B-0095) activates TLR5. Method: Caco-2 cells transfected with plasmid encoding CCL20-LUC plasmid were activated for 24h with the indicated concentrations of Flagellin (Prod. No. AG-40B-0095). Luciferase assays were performed on cell lysates and luminescence was normalized to mock-treated cells.

Bio-Activity
Activation of TLR5 in human epithelial cell assays based on NF-kappaB luciferase fusions, on expression of IL-8 (CXCL8), CCL20, inducible nitric oxide synthase, beta-defensin 2 and matrilysin (MMP-7). Maturation of dendritic cells in in vitro and in vivo assays. Adjuvant activity on foreign antigens delivered by subcutaneous and intranasal routes in mice. TLR5 can be stimulated in vitro by Flagellin at a concentration of 5-50ng /ml and in vivo at a starting concentration of 0.1-1µg /mouse.
Endotoxin
Less than 0.1 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
