Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Resistin Rat Recombinant is manufactured with N-terminal fusion of His tag. Resistin Rat Recombinant His-Tagged Fusion Protein is an 11.9 kDa protein containing 94 amino acid residues of the Resistin Rat and 16 additional amino acid residues ?€“ His Tag (underlined).

RETN Protein, ADSF Protein, Fizz3 Protein, Resistin Protein, RETN1 Protein, Xcp1 Protein, RSTN Protein, Found in inflammatory zone 3 Protein, HXCP1 Protein, Resistin delta2 Protein
RETN / Resistin belongs to the family defined by the mouse resistin-like genes. The characteristic feature of this family is the C-terminal stretch of 10 cys residues with identical spacing. The mouse homolog of this protein is secreted by adipocytes, and may be the hormone potentially linking obesity to type II diabetes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
