Reconstitution
Briefly centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration).
Storage
Lyophilized form can be stored at -20°C or -80°C for up to 1 year. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C/80°C for up to six months. If used immediately, glycerol is not needed and protein can be stored at 4°C for up to one week. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
