Mouse IL2 Protein (Recombinant) - LS-G134062
Predicted Molecular Weight
Interleukin 2 (IL-2) is an immunomodulatory cytokine that is produced by lymphocytes. IL-2 signals through the IL-2R receptor to induce activated T cell proliferation and promote T cell differentiation. IL-2 also stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of B cells, natural killer cells, monocytes, and macrophages.
Greater than 95% by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE
Determined by CTLL-2 Cell Proliferation; <= 5 ng/ml; >= 2.0x10^5 units/mg; 2.7x1^5 IU/ug
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized from 10 mM sodium citrate, pH 4.0
Centrifuge vial before opening. Reconstitute with sterile water at 0.1 mg/mL. Suspend the product by gently pipetting the recommended solution down the sides of the vial. Do not vortex. Allow several minutes for complete reconstitution.
Shipped at room temperature. Prior to reconstitution, store at -20°C. For prolonged storage, dilute to working aliquots in a 0.1% BSA solution. Store at -80°C and avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
