Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
UBE2K produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 236 amino acids (1-200a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.5kDa.UBE2K is fused to a 36 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

UBE2K Protein, E2-25K Protein, E2(25K) Protein, HIP2 Protein, HYPG Protein, LIG Protein, UBC1 Protein, Ubiquitin-protein ligase Protein, HIP-2 Protein, Ubiquitin carrier protein Protein
Accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. In vitro, in the presence or in the absence of BRCA1-BARD1 E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, catalyzes the synthesis of 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitin chains. Does not transfer ubiquitin directly to but elongates monoubiquitinated substrate protein.
