Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
SAA1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 125 amino acids (19-122 a.a.) and having a total molecular mass of 13.9 kDa. SAA1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

SAA1 Protein, Serum amyloid A protein Protein, Serum Amyloid A Protein, Serum amyloid A-1 protein Protein, TP53I4 Protein, SAA Protein, Serum amyloid A1 Protein, PIG4 Protein
SAA1 / SAA / Serum Amyloid A is a member of the serum amyloid A family of apolipoproteins. The encoded protein is a major acute phase protein that is highly expressed in response to inflammation and tissue injury. This protein also plays an important role in HDL metabolism and cholesterol homeostasis. High levels of this protein are associated with chronic inflammatory diseases including atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer's disease and Crohn's disease.
