Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PSMB7 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 255 amino acids (44-277) and having a molecular mass of 27.6kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher).PSMB7 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Greater than 80% by SDS-PAGE
20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 20% glycerol, 20 mM DTT.
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
PSMB7 Protein, Proteasome catalytic subunit 2 Protein, Macropain chain Z Protein, Proteasome subunit Z Protein, Proteasome subunit alpha Protein, Proteasome subunit beta type-7 Protein
The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure. The core structure is composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits; 2 rings are composed of 7 alpha subunits and 2 rings are composed of 7 beta subunits. Proteasomes are distributed throughout eukaryotic cells at a high concentration and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent process in a non-lysosomal pathway.
