Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing a total of 132 amino acids (Met + 30-154 a.a. + 6x His tag at C-terminus) and having a total molecular mass of 15.2 kDa.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Lyophilized from 20 mM sodium acetate buffer, pH 4, 20 mM NaCl.
Store at -20°C lyophilized. Once reconstituted, aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw and store at -20°C.
MOG is a membrane protein expressed on the oligodendrocyte cell surface and the outermost surface of myelin sheaths. Due to this localization, it is a primary target antigen involved in immune-mediated demyelination. This protein may be involved in completion and maintenance of the myelin sheath and in cell-cell communication. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
