Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
MICA Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 320 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 36kDa. The sequence contains the full length extracellular domain of the mature human MICA (amino acid residues Ala23 ?€“ Gln308) The MICA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Lyophilized with no additives.
Store at -20°C lyophilized. Once reconstituted, aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw and store at -20°C.
MICA Protein, HLA class I antigen Protein, MIC-A Protein, PERB11.1 Protein
MICA is the highly polymorphic major histocompatability complex class I chain-related protein A. The protein product is expressed on the cell surface, although unlike canonical class I molecules it does not seem to associate with beta-2-microglobulin. It is a ligand for the NKG2-D type II integral membrane protein receptor. The protein functions as a stress-induced antigen that is broadly recognized by intestinal epithelial gamma delta T cells.
