Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
MCFD2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 136 amino acids (27-146 a.a.) and having a molecular wieght of 20.9kDa. The MCFD2 is is fused to 16 a.a. T7-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

MCFD2 Protein, F5F8D Protein, F5F8D2 Protein, LMAN1IP Protein, SDNSF Protein
MCFD2 is a soluble luminal protein with two calmodulin-like EF-hand motifs at its C-terminus. This protein forms a complex with LAMN1 (lectin mannose binding protein 1; also known as ERGIC-53) that facilitates the transport of coagulation factors V (FV) and VIII (FVIII) from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus via an endoplasmic reticulum Golgi intermediate compartment (ERGIC).
