Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Soluble LYVE1 Human Recombinant fused to a C-terminal His-tag (6xHis) produced in baculovirus is a monomeric, glycosylated, polypeptide containing 232 amino acids (Met-1 to Gly 232) and having a total molecular mass of 25 kDa but as a result of glycosilation the Mw is 40 kDa. The LYVE-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Lyophilized with no additives.
Store at -20°C lyophilized. Once reconstituted: Store at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
LYVE1 Protein, CRSBP-1 Protein, CRSBP1 Protein, Hyaluronic acid receptor Protein, LYVE-1 Protein, XLKD1 Protein, HAR Protein
Ligand-specific transporter trafficking between intracellular organelles (TGN) and the plasma membrane. Plays a role in autocrine regulation of cell growth mediated by growth regulators containing cell surface retention sequence binding (CRS). May act as a hyaluronan (HA) transporter, either mediating its uptake for catabolism within lymphatic endothelial cells themselves, or its transport into the lumen of afferent lymphatic vessels for subsequent re-uptake and degradation in lymph nodes.
