Lyophilized from a sterile solution in pH 8.3, 0.5 M NaCl, 0.1 M Sodium Bicarbonate.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute in sterile ice-cold deionized water or PBS to 0.1-1 mg/ml. The solution can be further diluted into other aqueous buffers.
Storage
Short term: Store at 4 °C for up to 2 weeks. Long term: Store lyophilized at -20 °C in a dessicator or aliquot and store at -80 °C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
