Usage Summary
Binds with low affinity to interleukin-13 (IL13). Together with IL4RA can form a functional receptor for IL13. Also serves as an alternate accessory protein to the common cytokine receptor gamma chain for interleukin-4 (IL4) signaling, but cannot replace the function of IL2RG in allowing enhanced interleukin-2 (IL2) binding activity.
Bio-Activity
The ED50 as determined by its ability to inhibit IL-13-dependent proliferation of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells is less than 30 ng/ml.

Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).

Reconstitution
Briefly centrifuge prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
