Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Measured by its ability to inhibit mIFNB1-mediated protection of L929 mouse fibroblast cells infected with vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) to viral lysis. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.2-1µg/mL.
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
IFNAR1 Protein, Alpha-type antiviral protein Protein, Beta-type antiviral protein Protein, CRF2-1 Protein, IFN-alpha/beta receptor 1 Protein, IFN-alpha-REC Protein, IFN-R-1 Protein, IFNAR Protein, IFNBR Protein, IFRC Protein, Interferon-beta receptor 1 Protein, Interferon-alpha receptor Protein, Type I interferon receptor 1 Protein
Associates with IFNAR2 to form the type I interferon receptor. Receptor for interferons alpha and beta. Binding to type I IFNs triggers tyrosine phosphorylation of a number of proteins including JAKs, TYK2, STAT proteins and IFNR alpha- and beta-subunits themselves. Can also transduce IFNB signals without the help of IFNAR2, and not activating the Jak-STAT pathway.
