Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Growth Differentiation Factor 5 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a homodimer, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 2 x 120 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 27.4kDa. To enable bacterial expression the N-terminal sequence of Ala-Pro-Leu-Thr was replaced with a Lys.GDF5 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Lyophilized without additives.
Store at -20°C lyophilized. Once reconstituted, aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw and store at -20°C.
GDF5 / GDF-5 is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) family and the TGF-beta superfamily. This group of proteins is characterized by a polybasic proteolytic processing site which is cleaved to produce a mature protein containing seven conserved cysteine residues. The members of this family are regulators of cell growth and differentiation in both embryonic and adult tissues.
