Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human FSCN1 / Fascin Protein (Recombinant His) - LS-G19927
E. coli Expression System
FSCN1 / Fascin
FSCN1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 513 amino acids (1-493 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 56.7 kDa. The FSCN1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

FSCN1 Protein, 55 kDa actin-bundling protein Protein, Fascin Protein, HSN Protein, Singed-like protein Protein, SNL Protein, p55 Protein
FSCN1 / Fascin is a member of the fascin family of actin-binding proteins. Fascin proteins organize F-actin into parallel bundles, and are required for the formation of actin-based cellular protrusions. The encoded protein plays a critical role in cell migration, motility, adhesion and cellular interactions.
