Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Purified / Lyophilized / Endotoxin Level: Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
FcERI / Fc Epsilon RI
FCER1A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 203 amino acids (26-205aa) and having a molecular mass of 23.4kDa.FCER1A is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
FCER1A Protein, Alpha polypeptide Protein, FCE1A Protein, FcERI Protein, Fc Epsilon RI Protein, Fc epsilon RI alpha-chain Protein, Fc-epsilon RI-alpha Protein, IgE Fc receptor subunit alpha Protein
Binds to the Fc region of immunoglobulins epsilon. High affinity receptor. Responsible for initiating the allergic response. Binding of allergen to receptor-bound IgE leads to cell activation and the release of mediators (such as histamine) responsible for the manifestations of allergy. The same receptor also induces the secretion of important lymphokines.
