Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
FABP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing a total of 147 amino acids (1-127 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 16 kDa. The protein is fused to a 20 a.a His-Tag at N-terminus.The FABP-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE
20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
FABP1 Protein, FABPL Protein, L-FABP Protein, Fatty acid-binding protein 1 Protein
FABP1 / L-FABP is the fatty acid binding protein found in liver. Fatty acid binding proteins are a family of small, highly conserved, cytoplasmic proteins that bind long-chain fatty acids and other hydrophobic ligands. This protein and FABP6 (the ileal fatty acid binding protein) are also able to bind bile acids. It is thought that FABPs roles include fatty acid uptake, transport, and metabolism.
