Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
CNBP Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 193 amino acids (1-170 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 21kDa. CNBP is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

CNBP Protein, CNBP1 Protein, RNF163 Protein, Zinc finger protein 9 Protein, ZCCHC22 Protein, ZNF9 Protein, DM2 Protein, PROMM Protein, Zinc finger protein 273 Protein
CNBP / ZNF9 is a nucleic-acid binding protein with seven zinc-finger domains. The protein has a preference for binding single stranded DNA and RNA. The protein functions in cap-independent translation of ornithine decarboxylase mRNA, and may also function in sterol-mediated transcriptional regulation. A CCTG expansion in the first intron of this gene results in myotonic dystrophy type 2. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
