Purification
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE gel and HPLC analyses.
Bio-Activity
Determined by its ability to binds HeLa cells expressing cell-surface MHC-II molecules.
Presentation
Sterile filtered through a 0.2 micron filter. Lyophilized from 10mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.5.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. Store at 2° to 8°C for 1 week, or prepare for extended storage.
Storage
Store at 4°C if intended for use within 3 months, otherwise, store at -20°C to -80°C. The lyophilized antibody is stable for up to 30 months after the date of receipt when stored at -20°C to -80°C. Upon reconstitution, the antibody can also be stored for 1 week at 2° to 8°C. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C.
