Lyophilized from Sterile Solution 20 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 10% Glycerol, 5% trehalose, 5% mannitol, 0.01% Tween-80.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration up to 0.25mg/mL. Do not vortex.
Storage
Store lyophilized at -20°C to -80°C for up to 1 year. Aliquot and store reconstituted at 4°C to 8°C for up to 1 week, or at -20°C for up to 3 months. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
