Specifications

Description
Relaxin/insulin-like family peptide receptor 1 (RXFP1) is a receptor mediated by G proteins that participates in stimulating adenylate cyclase and increasing cAMP. Binding of the ligand may also activate a tyrosine kinase pathway that inhibits the activity of a phosphodiesterase that degrades cAMP. References: The UniProt Consortium. Nucleic Acids Res. 47: D506-515 (2019); Nucleic Acids Res. 2016 Jan 4;44(D1):D733-45, PMID:26553804
