Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit
CCL14
Human
For the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human CCL14 proteins.
LS-F24378 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human CCL14 in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CCL14 as low as 10 picograms per milliliter.
All LSBio Custom kits have been predesigned and all necessary components, including antibodies and standards have been identified. Upon receiving a custom kit order, the kit will be assembled and quality control tested before being shipped out. Kit assembly and testing typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. In most cases the final kit is based on the Sandwich assay principle, with a few being Competitive EIA based. Specifications such as Range, Sensitivity, and Precision are defined upon completion. In the event that the custom kit cannot be successfully developed with 6 weeks of the order date, the customer will be notified and the order canceled at no cost.

Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping. ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.

Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 14 (CCL14) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. It is also commonly known as HCC-1. It is produced as a protein precursor that is processed to generate a mature active protein containing 74 amino acids that and is 46% identical in amino acid composition to CCL3 and CCL4. This chemokine is expressed in various tissues including spleen, bone marrow, liver, muscle, and gut. CCL14 activates monocytes, but does not induce their chemotaxis. In addition, HCC-1 enhanced the proliferation of CD34+ myeloid progenitor cells. It was as effective as MIP-1 alpha, but about 100-fold less potent. Human CCL14 is located on chromosome 17 within a cluster of other chemokines belonging to the CC family.
Store at 4°C for 6 months or at -20°C for one year. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

CCL14 Elisa Kit, CC-3 Elisa Kit, C-C motif chemokine 14 Elisa Kit, Chemokine cc3 Elisa Kit, Chemokine CC-1/CC-3 Elisa Kit, Chemokine cc1 Elisa Kit, Chemokine CC-3 Elisa Kit, HCC-1(1-74) Elisa Kit, Hcc3 Elisa Kit, HCC-1 Elisa Kit, HCC-3 Elisa Kit, MCIF Elisa Kit, NCC-2 Elisa Kit, SCYA14 Elisa Kit, Small-inducible cytokine A14 Elisa Kit, SY14 Elisa Kit, CC-1 Elisa Kit, CKB1 Elisa Kit, HCC1 Elisa Kit, Hemofiltrate CC chemokine 1 Elisa Kit, NCC2 Elisa Kit, New CC chemokine 2 Elisa Kit

Has weak activities on human monocytes and acts via receptors that also recognize MIP-1 alpha. It induced intracellular Ca2+ changes and enzyme release, but no chemotaxis, at concentrations of 100-1,000 nM, and was inactive on T-lymphocytes, neutrophils, and eosinophil leukocytes. Enhances the proliferation of CD34 myeloid progenitor cells. The processed form HCC-1(9-74) is a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes eosinophils, and T-cells and is a ligand for CCR1, CCR3 and CCR5.
