Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Product Description

LS-F42196 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Guinea pig CCL4L1. It is based upon a Custom assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CCL4L1 as low as 0.469 picograms per milliliter.

Specifications

Type
Custom ELISA kit

All LSBio Custom kits have been predesigned and all necessary components, including antibodies and standards have been identified. Upon receiving a custom kit order, the kit will be assembled and quality control tested before being shipped out. Kit assembly and testing typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. In most cases the final kit is based on the Sandwich assay principle, with a few being Competitive EIA based. Specifications such as Range, Sensitivity, and Precision are defined upon completion. In the event that the custom kit cannot be successfully developed with 6 weeks of the order date, the customer will be notified and the order canceled at no cost.

About CCL4L1
CCL4L1 is one of several cytokine genes that are clustered on the q-arm of chromosome 17. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins that function in inflammatory and immunoregulatory processes. The protein encoded by this family member is similar to the chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 4 product, which inhibits HIV entry by binding to the cellular receptor CCR5. The copy number of this gene varies among individuals, where most individuals have one to five copies. NM_207007 NP_996890.1
