Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of dog IgG. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between dog IgG and analogs was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between dog IgG and all the analogs, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
LS-F10379 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Dog Dog IgG in samples of Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Competitive EIA assay principle and can be used to detect levels of Dog IgG as low as 3.13 micrograms per millilter.

Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.
6 x Standard
2 x Sample Diluent
Wash Buffer (25 x concentrate)
Adhesive Strip (For 96 wells)
This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with dog IgG. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for dog IgG. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in opposite to the amount of dog IgG in samples. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.

About Dog IgG
Canine IgG ElisaKit
Representing approximately 75% of serum antibodies, IgG is the most common type of antibody found in the circulation. IgG molecules are created and released by plasma B cells. IgG antibodies are large molecules of about 150 kDa made of four peptide chains. It contains two identical class gamma heavy chains of about 50 kDa and two identical light chains of about 25 kDa. The two heavy chains are linked to each other and to a light chain each by disulfide bonds.
