Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum and bovine buttermilk Xanthine Oxidase. Cross-reactivity against Xanthine Oxidase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Usage
Suitable for Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:25000-1:100000. Coat with 1 ug of Xanthine Oxidase in a standard capture ELISA for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
