UHRF1 Antibody - UHRF1 was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of human intestinal cancer tissues using rabbit anti- UHRF1 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 1 ug/mL. The immunohistochemical section was developed using SABC method.
UHRF1 Antibody - Western blot analysis of UHRF1 expression in MCF-7 whole cell lysates (lane 1) and U2OS whole cell lysates (lane 2). UHRF1 at 90 kD was detected using rabbit anti- UHRF1 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
UHRF1 Antibody - Flow Cytometry analysis of A431 cells using anti-UHRF1 antibody. Overlay histogram showing A431 cells stained with anti-UHRF1 antibody (Blue line). The cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum. And then incubated with rabbit anti-UHRF1 Antibody (1µg/10E6 cells) for 30 min at 20°C. DyLight®488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (5-10µg/10E6 cells) was used as secondary antibody for 30 minutes at 20°C. Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG (1µg/10E6 cells) used under the same conditions. Unlabelled sample (Red line) was also used as a control.
