Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2.0 ug/ml of this lot detected full-length ubiquitin from bovine erythrocytes, and ubiquitinated proteins in acid extracts from HeLa cells subjected to high temperature antigen retrieval.
