Beta-tubulin from sea urchin (S. purpuratus) sperm.
Specificity
Recognizes human b-tubulin (~50kD). Shown to bind to the two major and one of the minor b-tubulin isotypes. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, rat, and C. elegans. Reactivity is confirmed with mouse NIH3T3 fibroblast cells, rat brain, and mouse testis.

- Immunofluorescence (1 - 3 µg/ml)
- Western blot (1 - 3 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 1-3 ug/ml.
