Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 20kD band in lysates of cell lines NIH3T3 and KELLY after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 99.6kD according to NP_065122.1. The 20kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
