A 19 AA peptide near the C-Terminus of human TRPC3. The immunogen is located within aa 710-760 of TRPC3.
Specificity
TRPC3 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least four isoforms are known to exist; this antibody will detect the three largest isoforms. TRPC3 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with TRPC6.

Usage
TRPC3 antibody can be used for the detection of TRPC3 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL.Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 90, 93, 101 kDa Observed: 93 kDa
