Recognizes TRADD (TNF R1 Associated Death Domain). Species cross-reactivity: human.
Usage
Western Blot (Ab 5-10 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT). Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin) (Use Ab at 5-10 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Hey cells. Angiosarcoma. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
