Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA as a capture antibody. ELISA: Dilute in an appropriate coating buffer to a concentration of 1-5 ug/ml and use 100 ul to coat each well. Further dilutions may be made in medium or buffered solution with carrier protein, such as PBS with 0.1-1.0% BSA.
