Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, neutralizes TNF-induced cytotoxicity on 4937 MCF-7, HeLA, and L929 cells; TNF-induced MHC expression is inhibited on K562 and Colo 205 cells; TNF induced IL-2R expression is inhibited on Yt cells. Immunohistochemistry: 1:150 (cryostat sections).
