An 18 amino acid peptide near the C-Terminus of human TMIGD2. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of TMIGD2.
Specificity
TMIGD2 antibody is human and mouse reactive. At least three isoforms of TMIGD2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all three. TMIGD2 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with TMIGD1.

Usage
TMIGD2 antibody can be used for detection of TMIGD2 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for Immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 31 kDa Observed: 26 kDa
