STAT3 affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with synthetic monomethylated or asymmetric dimethylated peptides surrounding Arginine 31 of human STAT.
Specificity
This antibody reacts with all STAT3 modifications. Cross-reactivity is seen against STAT1 and STAT4. BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Human, mouse, and rat. Cross-reactivity with STAT3 from other sources has not been determined.
