Recognizes mouse Sprouty-1 at ~34kD. A band of unknown origin was observed at ~120kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with two day-old mouse kidney homogenates. Does not recognize rat Sprouty-1.

Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml.
