The 20 AA rat control peptide is 60% conserved in human PGT. No significant sequence homology is detected with other oatp1-3, OATP or LST-1. The control peptide is available to confirm specificity of antibodies.

- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for antiserum and 1-10 ug/ml for affinity pure antibody using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000 for neat serum and 0.5-1 ug/ml for affinity pure. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
