Human sequence is not well conserved in MCt2 from other species. No significant sequence homology exists with other MCTs. For rat/mouse MCT2, we recommend the use of antibody.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot 1-5 ug/ml for affinity pure using Chemiluminescence technique. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
